RacersRig Customer Service Reps are available weekdays from 8:30 am to 5pm. Phone orders are accepted during normal business hours and our e-commerce site is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:

Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
The GT-Rig, Moto-Rig, Kart-Rig and associative items are shipped in the U.S. (via dedicated shipper) direct to consumer. To order direct from RacersRig, contact us at support@RacersRig.com.

Accessory items, ordered separately are shipped via commercial delivery services and are properly insured. Individual item costs vary based on size, weight and delivery method.

No minimum quantity on orders.

International Shipping:
Any duties or tariffs on imported goods are the responsibility of the customer. RacersRig, LLC. will provide a declared value for all shipments and your country may determine what, if any, duty needs to be paid. We cannot mark goods as “gift” or other labels to gain preferential treatment. If you do not accept the duty and your goods are returned to us, we will process a refund for your order minus the shipping and handling fee and possible 15% restocking fee.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

RacersRig products and parts all have warranty coverage to the original owner:

Racers Rig LLC, (the manufacturer) warrants to the original retail purchaser only, for a period of (2) two years that each new GT-Rig, Moto-Rig, and Kart-Rig Trailers will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, as described below. The manufacturer’s obligation under this limited warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at its factory, or authorized dealer, any part or parts thereof which shall, within the applicable warranty period, be returned to the manufacturer, with transportation charges prepaid, and which upon the manufacturer’s examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to have been defective. Note: Labor and freight charges, coverage on all limited warranties provided herein are limited to one year (12 months) from the date of the original retail purchase.

Warranty Service
Racers Rig, LLC authorizes any and all of our active dealerships to provide warranty service to our RacersRig product line on items proven to be substantially defective in material and/or workmanship during the applicable warranty period. Our authorized dealerships may be located by visiting www.RacersRig.com

RETURN POLICY:

All items on our website come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact RacersRig at 480-619-0138 or support@RacersRig.com within 30 days to receive a refund.

To return an item, please call one of our trained RacersRig Customer Service Representatives for a Return Authorization Number. All items require this Return Authorization Number and need to be in like new condition in their original packing, for the return process to be completed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost to return the merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

Restocking fees of 15% of the original price may apply to any orders we agree to restock.
